November 4-Week Term Myofascial Release, Yin & Sound

Releasing Neck, Shoulders, Back & Hips Series 1
Series 2 will be in December.

Each week focuses on a different fascial line and its associated meridian pathways to help you explore tension, move with greater ease in 4 weeks.

Before we begin, you'll complete a short intake form to check in with how your body feels, where you're holding tension and what you'd like to work on. At the end of Week 4, we'll check in again so you can notice your progress over the four weeks as well as celebrate as a community over a Tea & Chat after class.

Week 1 · Superficial Front Line - 4 Nov

Kidney & Stomach Meridians
Release the front body, including the chest, abdomen and hip flexor areas, while exploring gentle stretches and pressure techniques to ease tension.

Week 2 · Superficial Back Line - 11 Nov
Urinary Bladder Meridian
Focus on the back body — from the neck and upper back to the lower back, glutes and hamstrings (link to hip tightness) — with techniques to release tightness and encourage ease of movement.

Week 3 · Lateral Line - 18 Nov
Gall Bladder Meridian
Explore the sides of the body, shoulders, waist, outer hip, side of the neck through side-body release and gentle stretches to support mobility and balance.

Week 4 · Superficial Front & Back Arm Lines. - 25 Nov
Pericardium & Triple Energiser (San Jiao) Meridians
Focus on the chest, shoulders, arms and upper back, exploring ways to release upper-body tension and ending with hip openers.

Each session combines Myofascial Release, Yin stretches, slow breathwork and Sound Savasana to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and discover techniques you can continue using at home.
